⚠️ TOS Update & Grace Period Restoration ⚠️
Last week, we initiated an investigation into numerous accounts engaged in massive macroing. These accounts were utilizing macros or sync action tools to grow multiple kingdoms, thereby violating the "Engage in any automated use of the system" clause in LOK TOS.
In light of some uncertainties in our ban policy and TOS, we updated TOS to better align with our policy.
“Your accounts may be subject to suspension or termination in the event that We suspend or terminate one or more Accounts(s) associated or connected with the same Blockchain Wallet to which your Account(s) is linked, due to any breach of these Terms or engagement in Prohibited Activities.”
The purpose of the updated TOS is to target the owners of the accounts, rather than individual accounts.
Following the TOS update, we will provide a grace period and restore the accounts with less severe charges banned from July 13th ~ 24th. Please take the time to read our updated TOS and make any necessary adjustments to your wallets and accounts.
We are under final review of the banned accounts. The restoration process will start in a few hours. The process can take some time to finish. We will make a short announcement when the restoration starts.
Just to be clear, the restoration will begin after the full review of all the accounts, so if your account was not restored during this process, we will not conduct further reviews.
It is essential to understand that the number of accounts connected to your wallet or IP is not the decisive criteria for banning accounts. This Ban Wave follows the same principle. Our focus was on identifying abusers, regardless of the number of accounts. The use of multiple accounts should be manageable by one owner, without employing any autonomous tools, and should not harm the game's economy within reasonable limits. With the updated TOS, if an account is linked to an obvious bot account or abuser, the connected accounts can also face suspension.
P.S. Regarding the assets within banned accounts, NFTs can be retrieved without accessing the game. However, any in-game assets or assets not minted into tokens will remain locked with the game account.
